Having a small staff and limited budget, STERPDB relies upon the cooperation of its members with input from a range of Local, Regional & State leaders, as well as global experts to provide technical and financial assistance in supporting local initiatives and projects. Partners include the Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC), the Economic Development Administration of the US Department of Commerce (EDA) and the New York State Association of Regional Councils (NYSARC). ARC APPLICATION INFORMATION: MODAY, JULY 8, 2013 has been set as the deadline for funding requests from the Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) Area Development program. Eligible project sponsors include incorporated not-for-profits and municipalities including towns, villages, counties, and other public entities such as IDAs and school systems.
